Salon Policies

Please review our policies before booking your appointment

Policy Agreement: By booking or receiving services at our salon, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

1. Appointments & Walk-Ins

  • Appointments are highly recommended to guarantee service.
  • Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
  • Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Late arrivals may result in shortened service or rescheduling.

2. Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients arriving 10 minutes late may receive a modified service.
  • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
  • Repeated late arrivals may require prepayment for future bookings.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50–100% of the service cost.
  • Multiple no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments.

4. Deposits

Deposits may be required for:

  • Group bookings
  • Long or specialty services
  • High-demand time slots

Important: Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred with proper notice.

5. Service Satisfaction Policy

  • If you are not satisfied, please notify us before leaving the salon.
  • Adjustments are available within 48 hours of the original service.
  • Redo services do not include refunds and must be scheduled with the original technician when possible.

6. Refund Policy

  • No cash or credit card refunds on services.
  • Store credit may be issued at management discretion.
  • Product refunds are accepted within 7 days if unused and unopened.

7. Hygiene & Health Policy

For the safety of all:

  • Please inform us of medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or infections before service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may put you or others at risk.
  • Tools and stations are sanitized according to state regulations.

8. Children Policy

  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • For safety reasons, children who are not receiving services should not run or disrupt the salon.
  • The salon is not responsible for injuries due to lack of supervision.

9. Personal Belongings

  • Please keep personal items with you at all times.
  • The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

10. Respect & Conduct Policy

  • We maintain a respectful environment.
  • Abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
  • The salon reserves the right to refuse or terminate service immediately in such cases.
  • No refunds will be issued if service is stopped due to misconduct.

11. Pricing & Service Changes

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Final pricing may vary based on nail length, design complexity, or additional requests.
  • Please confirm pricing before service begins.

12. Tipping Policy

  • Tips are greatly appreciated but never required.
  • Tips go directly to your service provider.

13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Health or safety concerns
  • Repeated policy violations
  • Inappropriate behavior

14. Policy Agreement

By booking or receiving services at our salon, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

15. Communication & Appointment Reminders

By booking an appointment with our salon, clients consent to receive appointment-related communications, including:

  • Text messages (SMS)
  • Emails
  • Phone calls (if necessary)

These communications are used only for business purposes, such as:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Schedule changes or updates
  • Important salon notifications

Message and data rates may apply for text messages. Clients may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by notifying the salon; however, appointment-related reminders may still be sent to ensure service accuracy.
